European Wax Center needed a partner to help drive more young people to retail stores. We built a strategic influencer ambassador program called Strut Society, featuring 16 diverse influencers. The program kicked off with a massive launch event and sustained momentum over a six month flight. We drove 10% of all EWC retail visits during the campaign period. We also drove down our CPA considerably and saw a big lift in brand awareness.
Strut Society was a great example of how to leverage talent not only as direct-response media channels, but as content creators as well. We were able to drive impactful business results for the brand and attribute online media to offline conversion.
