Fossil’s goal was to reclaim brand relevance with Millennial and Gen-Z audiences, while driving sales across a high volume of product launches. We created a strategic ambassador program that we could activate against changing business needs over the course of the year.
In total, we partnered with over 100 influencers who created a steady stream of content and conversations across 26 different product launches. We worked closely with talent to incorporate Fossil into their lives in a meaningful way, and amplified the content to the right audiences. Over the course of the campaign we maintained an 8% engagement rate while measuring a 4.5x return on ad spend.
