Modelo Especial®
Ambassador Program Fall 2025
Cycle & Modelo, are seeking 21+ outgoing, socially active, and responsible individuals to represent Modelo Especial as Ambassadors during the Fall 2025 semester.
We’re looking for ambassadors of legal drinking age who are connected within the local legal drinking age (LDA) college network and community to work closely with local sales and marketing teams to host sampling events in local, off-campus bars and restaurants, building local Modelo brand awareness and sales.
This is an 8-week paid position starting October 6 and wrapping up December 12. During the program you will have the opportunity to strengthen your marketing skills, form new connections, and engage in networking opportunities with brand affiliates and their local partners.


Key Responsibilities
- Available to work 10-12 hours per week October 6 through December 12 including evenings and weekends.
- Note: Ambassadors have Thanksgiving week off
- Serve as an extension of the Modelo team, helping to grow relationships with local wholesalers, distributors, bars, and restaurants.
- Collaborate with local field teams to execute compliant sampling activations.
- Sample Modelo products to LDA consumers in compliance with local alcohol laws and safety guidelines.
- Distribute branded swag to LDA peers.
- Be a constant advocate for the brand and Modelo Especial product.
- Attend mandatory regular check-in calls with the Cycle team.
- Maintain quick and effective communication with Cycle.
- Submit accurate, timely reports of activity.

Who We Are Looking For
- 21+
- Available to work for 8 weeks, inclusive of 1 week of onboarding the week of October 6, 7 weeks of activating October 13 through December 12.
- Full-time LDA Compliant student.
- Outgoing, self-starter who is highly motivated.
- Adaptable, with a professional demeanor in working with clients, client partners and consumers.
- Well respected and connected to a diverse range of campus organizations.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel within your college community to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ambassadors must be full-time LDA compliant students.
- Eligible to work in the US with a valid SSN.
- Completion of background check.
- Must complete TIPS certification and application for local sampling licenses, if relevant.
- Complete necessary onboarding tasks and participate in product and program training prior to the program launch.
