Online dating has become so ingrained within our culture that most people assume their experiences with it are universal. But that isn’t always the case within the Black community.

We saw an opportunity to shed light on inequities in the dating world and reinforce Bumble’s values around equality. We wanted to give Black creators the space to share their stories and illustrate actions that can be taken by everyone.

We partnered with seven Black illustrators to create art depicting their unique experiences within the dating world. The response from our entire community was overwhelming.
